Phoenix Mills moves up on acquiring balance 50% stake in Bartraya Mall Development Company

The Phoenix Mills is currently trading at Rs. 1826.55, up by 12.65 points or 0.70 % from its previous closing of Rs. 1813.90 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 1818.75 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1850.00 and Rs. 1818.75 respectively. So far 2466 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1907.20 on 21-Sep-2023 and a 52 week low of Rs. 1186.45 on 16-Mar-2023.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1907.20 and Rs. 1785.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 32631.69 crore.

The Phoenix Mills has completed the acquisition of balance 5,000 equity shares, constituting 50% of the share capital of Bartraya Mall Development Company for an aggregate consideration of Rs 50,000.

Accordingly, upon acquisition of such shares, Bartraya Mall Development Company has become a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company with effect from September 21, 2023. The acquisition is in line with the main line of business of company.

Phoenix Mills is engaged in property development in India. Its activities include planning, execution, and marketing of projects, property rental and management, and maintenance and sale of the completed properties.
