Tarini International has informed that 24th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the members of Tarini International (the Company) was held on Friday, 29th September, 2023 at 10:00 AM at its registered office Situated at D-2, 1st Floor, Amar Colony, Lajpat Nagar -IV, New Delhi- 110024. During the meeting the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) prescribed by the Ministry of Home Affairs, Govt of India, such as social distancing, usage of proper mask and sanitization were followed. Vakamulla Chandrashekhar (the Chairman) chaired the meeting and welcomed the members at the 24th AGM of the Company. The Chairman called the meeting to order and as the requisite quorum was present, he conducted the proceedings of the meeting. With the approval of the members present, the Notice convening the Meeting, Directors Report and Audited Financial Statements (Standalone & Consolidated) for the financial year ended March 31, 2023 and Auditors Report was taken as read by the Chairman. The Company secretary read the observations of the Statutory Auditor and Secretarial Auditor and the reply of the Beard on this account for the benefits of the members.
