R Systems International surges on getting nod to increase FIIs holding up to 40%

R Systems International is currently trading at Rs. 231.00, up by 3.00 points or 1.32% from its previous closing of Rs. 228.00 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 228.75 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 231.00 and Rs. 228.75 respectively.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 234.30 on 02-Apr-2013 and a 52 week low of Rs. 141.50 on 19-Jun-2012.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 231.80 and Rs. 226.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 290.39 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 51.24% while Non-Institutions held 48.76% stake in the company.

R Systems International has received an approval for the proposal to increase the ceiling for Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) holding in the company up to 40%. The board at its meeting held on April 15, 2013 has approved for the same.

The above is however subject to necessary approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the company and also from the Reserve Bank of India.
