Alfa Transformers touches roof on getting order worth Rs 1.99 crore

Alfa Transformers is currently trading at upper limit of Rs. 74.48, up by 3.54 points or 4.99 % from its previous closing of Rs. 70.94 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 71.40 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 74.48 and Rs. 71.40 respectively. So far 93314 shares were traded on the counter.

Alfa Transformers has received a purchase order worth of Rs 1.99 crore from Tata Power Northen Odisha Distribution (TPNODL) for its Vadodara plant. The order is for Design, Manufacturing and Supply of 100KVA 11/4KV AL Transformers. Earlier, the company had received purchase orders worth of Rs 3.28 crore from Rungta Sons and OCL Iron & Steel.

Alfa Transformers is engaged in the production of Electrical Distribution & Power Transformers. The company is a major supplier to utilities, multinationals and domestic corporate.
