Aptus Value Housing Finance India has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, February 01, 2024, to consider the following items: i. Approval of the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the third quarter ended December 31, 2023, subject to limited review by the Statutory Auditors of the Company and ii. Proposal for payment of 'Interim Dividend' for the financial year 2023-24 and to fix 'Record date' for the purpose of payment of Interim Dividend, if declared by the Board. The interim dividend, if declared, shall be paid to the equity shareholders of the Company whose names appear on the Register of Members of the Company or in the records of the Depositories as beneficial owners of the shares as on February 09, 2024 which is the ‘Record Date’ proposed to be fixed by the Company for the purpose, in terms of Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Further, as informed earlier vide its letter Ref No: APTUS/04-DEC/2023-24 dated December 27, 2023, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all designated persons of the Company and its subsidiary from January 01, 2024 till 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the third quarter ended December 31, 2023.
