Vst Industries has informed that it enclosed a copy of the Postal Ballot Notice dated 22nd January, 2024 sent to the shareholders of the Company for their approval in pursuance of Section 110, 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 20 and 22 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014, Regulation 44 of SEBI Listing Regulations, General Circular No.09/23 dated 25th September, 2023 in continuation to the circulars issued earlier in this regard by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India. The Notice of the Postal Ballot has been sent to the Members through email only, whose names appear in the Register of Members/Beneficial Owners as on Friday, 26th January, 2024 (cut off date). The remote e-voting period commences at 9.00 am (IST) on Friday, 2nd February, 2024 and ends at 5.00 pm (IST) on Saturday, 2nd March, 2024. The results of the Postal Ballot will be declared within 2 working days from the end of the e-voting period.
