In accordance with the applicable laws and circulars issued by Ministry of Corporate Affairs, the Postal Ballot Notice and instructions for remote e-voting are being sent only through electronic mode to those Members whose email address is registered with the Company/Depositories/Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (‘RTA’) as on the cut-off date, of Friday, 1st March, 2024. The Company has engaged the services of NSDL for the purpose of providing remote e-voting facility to all its members. The e-voting period will commence from Tuesday, 5th March, 2024 at 09.00 am (IST) and will ends on Wednesday, 3rd April, 2024 05.00 pm (IST). The results of Postal Ballot will be declared on or before Friday, 5th April, 2024. The Postal Ballot Notice has been made available on the website of the Company at www.ajantasoya.com and on the website of remote e-voting service providing agency NSDL at www.evoting.nsdl.com.
