DCM has informed that the Company has received two orders from the Office of Collector of Stamps, Chanakya Puri, Government of NCT of Delhi, New Delhi on the two separate applications filed by the Company under section 31 of the Indian Stamp Act, 1899 for adjudication of stamp duty on the following: Order passed by the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi approving the Scheme of Amalgamation of DCM Engineering (‘Transferor Company’) with & into DCM (‘Transferee Company’); Order passed by the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi approving the Scheme of Amalgamation between Crescita Enterprises (‘Transferor Company’) and DCM Limited (‘Transferee Company’). Further necessary information in respect of aforesaid, as per SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015, read with SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 and Regulation 30 -Para A of Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended, is enclosed as Annexure - I.
