In compliance with the Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Sukhjit Starch & Chemicals has enclosed the notice of the Postal Ballot/ Remote E-voting concerning the re-appointment of Managing Director of the Company with effect from 01st May, 2024 to 30th September, 2028 on the expiry of his existing tenure on 30th April, 2024. The resolution is to be passed as a Special Resolution through Postal Ballot by the members of the Company. The remote e-voting period will commence on Wednesday, March 27, 2024, from 9.00 am (IST) and will end on Thursday, April 25, 2024 at 5.00 pm (IST). During this period, Members of the Company holding shares either in physical form or in dematerialized form, as on the Cut-off date i.e. Friday, March 22, 2024, may cast their votes communicating assent or dissent, by way of remote e-voting system. The Result of the Postal Ballot (e-voting) along with the Scrutinizer’s Report shall be announced on Friday, April 26, 2024.
