Bharti Airtel, CONCOR and Ashok Leyland to see some action today

Bharti Airtel has deployed additional sites in Dhar district to densify its network. Dhar district network enhancement project was undertaken across 671 villages covering 13.9 lakh rural population. Customers in the tehsils of Dhar, Manawar, Sardarpur, Badnawar, Kukshi, Dharampuri, Gandhwani, Dahi & Pithampur under Dhar districts will directly benefit from this network enhancement. The expansion will enable seamless access to high-speed connectivity that will ensure reliable mobile network for work, study and entertainment in rural Dhar. In this year alone, Airtel has doubled down on its commitment to the state and has invested additional capex to enhance its network connectivity for seamless experience on 4G, 5G, Broadband and Fiber.

Container Corporation of India (CONCOR) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on April 18, 2024 with PSA MESA Supply Chain (PSA MESA) to collaborate in offering seamless and cost-effective end-to-end logistics service to customers. This strategic partnership aims to leverage the strengths of both organisations’ respective infrastructure and experience to enhance the ‘ease of doing business’. The MoU also underscores CONCOR’s and PSA’s commitment to contribute to more sustainable, efficient and resilient supply chains, in support of India’s national logistics transformation.

SJVN’s wholly owned subsidiary -- SJVN Green Energy (SGEL) has incorporated a Joint Venture (JV) Company with Assam Power Distribution Company named ‘SGEL Assam Renewable Energy’ vide Certificate of Incorporation dated April 18, 2024 issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India. The JV Company shall carry out business in the field of Power Generation from all renewable energy sources including Hydro Power by setting up power plants.

Hampton Sky Realty has received all the approvals form government on implementation of 12 Acres commercial project in Ludhiana on National Highway within the Municipal Limits of the City. This is on NH-5 from Ludhiana-Chandigarh Road. The project will have a built-up area of 600000 Sqft. The project will start soon. Concept Drawings of the project are being prepared by an Architect firm of Los Angeles, USA. This will be one of its kind projects with wide roads and a lot of green areas.

Rajoo Engineers has inaugurated its expanded facility in Rajkot. This expansion marks a significant milestone in the company's journey, as it triples its manufacturing capacity to meet growing demands and enhance operational efficiency. The expansion is a spacious structure on the adjacent 28,210 sq.ft of land acquired last August. The expanded facility will increase the manufacturing capacity by 30%. Dedicated space for Quality control will help the company to enhance the customer experience.

Bajaj Auto has reported rise of 17.99% in its net profit at Rs 2,011.43 crore for fourth quarter ended March 31, 2024 as compared to Rs 1,704.74 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 29.61% at Rs 11,914.94 crore for Q4FY24 as compared Rs 9,192.73 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
