Sharika Enterprises, Adroit Infotech and Vikas Lifecare to see some action today

Sharika Enterprises has received a Turnkey project from U.P. Power Transmission Corporation (UPPTCL) for supply and erection of outdoor equipment of 2No, 145 KV Bay at 400 KV S/S. Domestic order is to be executed at Rasara, Ballia, Uttar Pradesh. Broad Consideration of the said order is Rs 2.95 crore. 

Adroit Infotech has entered into non-binding share purchase agreement with a US based ERP Solutions Company. This step will enable Adroit Infotech to move closer to its strategic objective to build sustainable organization that remains relevant to the agenda of its clients. On Completion of this Acquisition, Adroit will increase its North America presence significantly. This Acquisition will allow Adroit to sell other ERP Solutions (Oracle) along with SAP Solutions. In addition to the said, consolidated revenues on acquisition would increase by 3-4 multiples.

Vikas Lifecare’s agro business division has received fresh orders for Premium nuts valued at about Rs 11 crore. These orders will be completed within the first quarter of the current fiscal. The Agro Business Division of the Company has set a target to achieve Rs 450 crore during the current fiscal year, as compared to the Rs 360 crore achieved during 2023-24, targeting a 20% growth Year-on-Year.

Mahindra & Mahindra’s (M&M) subsidiary -- Mahindra Last Mile Mobility (MLMML) has unveiled its latest e-auto, the Treo Plus with a metal body. Listening to customer feedback, MLMML has incorporated a metal body to its highly popular product, the Treo Plus. The Treo Plus metal body is competitively priced at Rs 3.58 lakh, ex-showroom. To bring the new Treo Plus closer to customers, Mahindra along with its finance partners have lined up multiple offers. For example, the loan tenure has now been increased to 60 months, and up to 90% finance as well as low down payment schemes are also being offered.

Seamec has entered into an Addendum with Zamil Offshore Services Company, Saudi Arabia for extension of Charter Hire of Vessel ‘Seamec Swordfish’ for a further period of 30 days with effect from April 24, 2024 for working in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and UAE as per the Charter Party dated December 4, 2023. The Charter hire for extended period of 30 days is $1.677 million.

NHPC has signed a Supplementary JV Agreement with JV Partners of National High Power Test laboratory (NHPTL) i.e. NTPC, POWERGRID, DVC, CPRI and NHPTL for sale of partial stake in NHPTL (an unlisted company) on April 23, 2024. The revised equity shareholding of POWERGRID in NHPTL shall be 50%, remaining fifty (50%) percent of equity shall be held equally by the other four Parties (i.e., 12.5% each of NHPC, NTPC, DVC & CPRI). Before signing of SJVA-3, equity holding of each promoter was 20%. Hence, post completion of transactions, NHPTL will cease to be Associate Company of NHPC.
