Allcargo Logistics gains as its arm acquires balance 25% stake in Fair Trade

Allcargo Logistics is currently trading at Rs. 71.45, up by 0.90 points or 1.28% from its previous closing of Rs. 70.55 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 70.56 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 71.95 and Rs. 70.56 respectively. So far 28506 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 97.70 on 02-Jan-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 61.50 on 26-Oct-2023.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 72.99 and Rs. 69.56 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 7000.36 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 69.92%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 13.62% and 16.46% respectively.

Allcargo Logistics’ wholly owned subsidiary -- ECU Worldwide N.V. has acquired balance 25% stake in Fair Trade for a consideration of EUR 2.9 million paid on May 21, 2024. Pursuant to the acquisition, ECU Worldwide N.V. now holds 100% stake in Fair Trade. The acquisition is completed on May 21, 2024.
