With refer to letter dated June 15, 2024, wherein the Company had, in accordance with Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations, informed the Stock Exchanges about disposal of the writ petition by Hon’ble Madras Court, Krystal Integrated Services has informed that: i) This development is expected to have no adverse impact on on-going financials or on operational capabilities; ii) It is pertinent to note that the Contract with the Directorate of Medical Education (DME) is valid and in force till the disposal thereto in citation to the Point no.2 of the Order of the High Court of Madras. iii) Point no. 2 of the Order of the High Court of Madras clearly states that, the prayer of the petitioner (Krystal Integrated Services Limited/Company) directs the respondents (Tamil Nadu Medical Services Corporation Ltd) to consider its representation dated May 03, 2024 and also hear the petitioner prior to disposal thereto. iv) Also, the Order of the High Court has explicitly mentioned about the remedy available in the form of appeal under section 11 of the Tamil Nadu Transparency in Tenders Act, 1998. They affirmed that Legal team is diligently monitoring the situation and is prepared to take all the necessary and legal remedies available to protect the interest of the Company, its stakeholders and the Investors of the Company.
