Anant Raj’s wholly-owned subsidiary -- Anant Raj Cloud (ARC) has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Orange Business Services India Technology, a business services arm of Orange S.A.
Anant Raj is currently trading at Rs. 442.25, up by 18.55 points or 4.38% from its previous closing of Rs. 423.70 on the BSE.

Under the MoU Orange Business Services will Design, Build and provide Operation (Hardware & Software) services for ARC's Cloud Platform. Also, the company will establish servers for its captive requirement at ARC Data for Center Anant Raj.
Further, Orange Business will also support, promote and sell ARC Colocation Data Centre and Cloud Platform Services to its existing and future Customers on terms and conditions mutually agreed.
