Capacite Infraprojects moves up on raising Rs 24.50 crore via NCDs

Capacit'e Infraprojects is currently trading at Rs. 312.35, up by 1.55 points or 0.50% from its previous closing of Rs. 310.80 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 314.75 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 314.75 and Rs. 310.35 respectively. So far 811 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 334.70 on 18-Jun-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 187.25 on 26-Oct-2023.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 323.00 and Rs. 296.60 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 2629.49 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 31.69%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 18.95% and 49.37% respectively.

Capacite Infraprojects has raised Rs 24.50 crore through the allotment of senior, secured, unrated, unlisted, redeemable and non-convertible debentures (NCDs) of face value of Rs 1,000,000 each on private placement basis. The Finance Committee of the Board of Directors of the company in their meeting held on June 28, 2024, allotted the same.
