Adani Green Energy’ gains as its arm operationalizes 250 MW of wind power project

Adani Green Energy is currently trading at Rs. 1729.30, up by 11.40 points or 0.66% from its previous closing of Rs. 1717.90 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 1749.95 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1749.95 and Rs. 1726.20 respectively. So far 8739 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 2173.65 on 03-Jun-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 816.00 on 26-Oct-2023.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1790.75 and Rs. 1679.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 275455.33 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 57.52%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 18.38% and 24.11% respectively.

Adani Green Energy’s wholly-owned stepdown subsidiary -- Adani Renewable Energy Forty One has operationalized 250 MW of wind power project at Khavda, Kutchh, Gujarat. The plant has India’s largest and one of the world’s most powerful on-shore wind turbine of 5.2 MW capacity. 

With this development, the total operational capacity at Khavda is 2,250 MW. Based on the relevant clearances, it was decided on July 24, 2024 to operationalize the plant and commence power generation from July 24, 2024.

Adani Green Energy builds, owns and operates power plants powered by renewable sources of energy like solar and wind.
