Caplin Point trades with traction after ANVISA-Brazil concludes inspection at its arm’s manufacturing facility

Caplin Point Laboratories is currently trading at Rs. 1783.00, up by 197.25 points or 12.44% from its previous closing of Rs. 1585.75 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 1615.25 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1817.05 and Rs. 1603.15 respectively. So far 114424 shares were traded on the counter.

ANVISA-Brazil has completed inspection at Caplin Point Laboratories’ subsidiary -- Caplin Steriles’ injectable and ophthalmic manufacturing facility located at Gummidipoondi. The inspection was conducted between August 12 and 16, 2024 and concluded with zero observations.

Caplin Point Laboratories is engaged mainly in manufacturing a wide range of Ointments, Creams and other External application preparations in addition to the regular segments of pharmaceutical formulations.
