Zomato informs about disclosure

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations, Zomato has informed that the Company has received 2 orders for the financial year April 2019 to March 2020 from: i) Assistant Commissioner of GST and Central Excise, Nungambakkam Division, Tamil Nadu, alleging excess availment of input tax credit; and ii) Assistant Commissioner of Revenue, Government of West Bengal, alleging non-payment of GST on delivery charges along with applicable interest and penalty. The details of the order, as required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular dated 13 July 2023 is enclosed as an Annexure - I. The company believe that it has a strong case on merits and the Company will be filing an appeal against the order before the appropriate authority.
