Pursuant to Regulation 30 and 44 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Reliance Power has informed that the Postal Ballot Notice and the Postal Ballot Form are being sent to the Members of the Company whose names appear in the Register of Members or the Register of Beneficial owners maintained by the depositories as of Friday, September 20, 2024 (Cut-off date) seeking their approval through Postal Ballot as per the requirements of Section 110 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with the Rules made thereunder. The Company has engaged the services of KFin Technologies, Hyderabad, Registrar and Transfer Agent of the Company, for providing e-voting facility. E-voting period commences on Tuesday, September 24, 2024 at 10.00 am (IST) and ends on Wednesday, October 23, 2024 at 5.00 pm. The result of Postal Ballot will be announced on or before on Friday, October 25, 2024. A Copy of Notice of Postal Ballot and Postal Ballot Form are enclosed. The Postal Ballot Notice and Postal Ballot Form are also available on the website of the Company at www.reliancepower.co.in.
