Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations, Artemis Medicare Services has informed that it enclosed the Postal Ballot Notice of the Company dated November 14, 2024 (‘Notice’), along with the explanatory statement, seeking approval of the Members of the Company for the following Special businesses, by way of remote e-Voting process: - Re-appointment of Dr. Devlina Chakravarty (DIN: 07107875) as Managing Director and Appointment of Vinod Rai (DIN: 00041867) as an Independent Director. The Notice is being sent only by e-mail to all the Members whose names appear in the Register of Members/ List of Beneficial Owners as on Friday, November 22, 2024, (‘Cut-off Date’) and whose email addresses are registered with the Company/ Depository Participants/ Company’s Registrars and Transfer Agents - Alankit Assignments. Accordingly, the hard copy of the Notice alongwith Postal Ballot form and pre-paid business reply envelope are not being sent to the Members for this Postal Ballot. The communication of the assent or dissent of the Members would only take place through the remote e-Voting. The Company has engaged the services of National Securities Depository (‘NSDL’) to provide remote e-Voting facility to its members. The remote e-Voting period shall commence on Wednesday, November 27, 2024 at 9:00 am (IST) and ends on Thursday, December 26, 2024 at 5:00 pm (IST). The said Notice is also available on the website of the Company at www.artemishospitals.com/investors and on the website of NSDL at www.evoting.nsdl.com.
