Adani Enterprises surges on acquiring 26% stake in Gidhmuri Paturia Collieries

Adani Enterprises is currently trading at Rs. 2422.00, up by 20.15 points or 0.84% from its previous closing of Rs. 2401.85 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 2415.30 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 2445.00 and Rs. 2403.00 respectively. So far 73081 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 3743.00 on 03-Jun-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 2030.00 on 22-Nov-2024.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 2445.00 and Rs. 2334.45 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 279657.99 crore.

Adani Enterprises (AEL) has acquired 26% stake in Gidhmuri Paturia Collieries (GPCPL) from Sainik Mining and Allied Services. AEL acquired 2600 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each constituting 26% of Share Capital of GPCPL for an aggregate investment of Rs 26,000. Objects of acquisition is to develop and operate the mines of coals and other minerals. Consequent to the above, GPCPL became a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.
