The company’s net profit for the quarter surged 31.49% at Rs 1199.35 crore as compared to Rs 912.14 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2010. Its total income has increased by 37.41% to Rs 7929.38 crore for the quarter under review from Rs 5770.70 crore for the similar quarter of the previous year. Other income (non-interest revenue) of the company for the quarter ended September 30, 2011 has increased by 26.10% to Rs 1,211.70 crore.
