The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 550.00 on 09-Jan-2013 and a 52 week low of Rs. 365.05 on 28-Aug-2013.

Cummins India has inaugurated its seventh plant in the country on September 10, 2013 which is likely to boost its exports. The plant located at Special Economic Zone at Phaltan near Pune will roll out high horsepower engines and will employ close to 350 people once fully operational.
The facility is the largest high horsepower manufacturing site in the world and will build QSK 23 tier I and II engines, which can produce 3,000 units per year initially. The QSK 23 series of engines, which were so far being imported from Komatsu of Japan, will consolidate Cummins’ manufacturing capabilities for global markets. The plant will soon manufacture QSK 23 tier IV and QSK 60 engines that will comply with the 2015 emission norms.
