Brigade Enterprises surges on buying prime property at Bangalore

Brigade Enterprises is currently trading at Rs. 64.40, up by 1.40 points or 2.22% from its previous closing of Rs. 63.00 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 63.15 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 64.80 and Rs. 62.55 respectively. So far 55,000 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 102.80 on 09-Jan-2013 and a 52 week low of Rs. 45.10 on 07-Aug-2013.

Brigade Enterprises has purchased a prime property measuring 2.25 acres at Hebbal, Bangalore from Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages for a consideration of Rs 68.83 crore, for developing a prime real estate project.
