Bharat Electronics (BEL) has set up a customer co-ordination cell, as a single-window service to deal with product-related grievances or queries of its customers in the defence and civilian sectors. The company has setup this cell at its Bangalore complex.

Through this customer co-ordination cell, internet customers of BEL comprising Army, Navy, Air Force, Paramilitary, Coast Guard, Police, Doordarshan, All India Radio, Department of Telecommunications and consumers of professional electronic components from any part of the world can now register their complaints 24/7 via phone, fax. The cell can be accessed through MTNL/BSNL lines by dialing the toll-free number 1800 425 0433.

Bharat Electronics was set up by the Government of India under the Ministry of Defence in 1954 to meet the specialised electronic needs of the Indian defence services. Over the years, it has grown into a multi-product, multi-technology, multi-unit company serving the needs of customers in diverse fields in India and abroad. The company is among an elite group of public sector undertakings which have been conferred the Navratna status by the Government of India.
