Ashoka Buildcon has received Letters of Award (LoAs) from Ministry of Road Transport & Highways (MORTH). Earlier, the company had emerged as the lowest bidder for the bids floated by The Public Works Department, Government of Maharashtra represented by Chief Engineer (National Highways).
Engaged by MORTH, the Projects are for Rehabilitation and Upgradation of NH-222 from end of Malshej Ghat to start of Ane Ghat section [km 101/000 to km 161/570] in the State of Maharashtra to two lanes with paved shoulders under NHDP Phase - IV A & B on EPC basis and Rehabilitation and Upgradation of Ane-Ghat to start of Ahmednagar bypass section [km 161/570 to km 211/000] of NH-222 in the State of Maharashtra to two lanes with paved shoulders under NHDP - IV, on EPC basis.
Ashoka Buildcon builds and operates roads and bridges in India on a build, operate and transfer (BOT) basis. It currently operates one of the highest numbers of toll-based BOT projects in India.
