About Navkar Urbanstructure Ltd

Navkar Builders (NBL) was originally incorporated as Navkar Builders Private Limited on  June 2, 1992 under the Companies Act, 1956 with the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat, Dadra & Nagar Haveli, as a private limited company. Subsequently the company was converted into a public limited company and a fresh certificate of incorporation was obtained on April 21, 1995. Navkar Fiscal Services Pvt Ltd is the promoter of the company. NBL was incorporated with the object of construction and real estate business. The company has diversified into Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) Plants and the company has set up its first plant at Ambapur, district -Gandhinagar.

Dakshesh Shah, Samir Patel & Ullas Shah have collectively acquired 20,20,520 fully paid up equity / voting share capital representing 20.00 % of the equity/ voting share capital of the company at total consideration of Rs10 per fully paid equity share of Rs 10 each, in 2008.

Navkar Builders, a 15 years old company in realty development, is now among the fastest growing companies in the ready mix Concrete industry. They are expanding their operations across the nation and within 2 years they are coming with 40 plants in Ready Mix Concrete across India.
