Subsequently, the company was converted into a Public Limited Company pursuant to the special resolution passed by the Shareholders of the company on December 29, 2022. Consequent upon conversion of the company into public limited, the name of company was changed from ‘Basilic Fly Studio Private Limited’ to ‘Basilic Fly Studio Limited’ and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated May 19, 2023 was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Chennai.
