The raw material billets or mother tubes are sourced from reputed Indian or global manufacturers after due diligence and quality checks. Their sourcing strives to procure only the best material in order to produce the best tubes.

The manufacturing process begins with a piercing mill followed by a comprehensive 9-tank surface treatment plant. At the heart of its manufacturing genius are two bright annealing furnaces capable of fashioning a wide range of surface finishes. These are controlled atmosphere furnaces with inert gases that leave the surface bright and shining. Built around these are their variegated pointing, swaging, drawing, straightening and cutting machines that helps to serve any and all customer's requirements.

Quality at Mahalaxmi is such an obsession that, like breathing, it is just a way of life. All products manufactured by them are subjected to most stringent quality control procedures. Hydraulic / Fuel Injection Tubes Hydraulic Tubes can be supplied under conditions according to DIN 2391 Part 2 in various grades mentioned overleaf. Fuel Injection Tubes can be supplied in lower tolerance than mentioned above. It can be supplied according to conditions mentioned in ISO-8535.
Precision Automotive / Mechanical Tubes Mahalaxmi brings superior quality hollow section profiles (square, rectangle, hexagonal etc) made of the best raw materials.
