Tech Mahindra has informed that the compensation committee of the company granted 68,000 options to the key employees of the company under employee stock option scheme 2010 through circular resolution passed on March 12, 2012, convertible into 68,000 equity shares of the face value of Rs 10 each of the company at the exercise price of Rs 10 per share.
