Happiest Minds Technologies is coming out with an initial public offering (IPO) to raise around Rs 702.02 crore. The issue will open on September 07, 2020 and will close on September 09, 2020. It has fixed a price band of Rs 165-166 per share.

The shares of the company are proposed to be listed on NSE and BSE. The company proposes to utilize the net proceeds from the fresh issue to meet long-term working capital requirement and general corporate purposes. The book running lead managers to the issue are ICICI Securities and Nomura Financial Advisory and Securities (India).
