Date: 19-11-2022Zomato has informed that, Mohit Gupta, Co-founder at the Company, has tendered his resignation today. The company further informed that Mohit Gupta was not designated as key managerial personnel under the Companies Act, 2013 and the Listing Regulations. Hence, this disclosure is being made voluntarily. This disclosure will also be made available on the website of the Company www.zomato.com.
