Manappuram Finance has informed that the Hon'ble High Court of Kerala (the 'Court'), vide its Order dated 25th May 2023, has extended the Interim stay order dated 12th May 2023, for a further period of two months. Further the order makes it clear, by direct him to obtain the permission of the 'Court', to transfer or otherwise deal with the movable properties including the bank balance and equity shares. (Earlier order was to obtain the permission of Enforcement Director).
