Manappuram Finance has informed the Board of Directors of the company will be meeting on Thursday, August 10,2023 to consider the Un Audited Consolidated and Standalone Financial Results of the company for the period and quarter ended June 30,2023 and for considering declaration of Interim Dividend. Further, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Insider Code of Conduct of the Company the trading window which is already closed from July 01, 2023 shall be reopened on the starting of Business hours of August 14,2023 (Monday) in Stock Exchanges.
