Zomato informs about disclosure
Date: 13-10-2023Zomato has informed that an order has been issued by District Consumer Dispute Redressal Forum (II) Jodhpur against Zomato. Zomato is in the process of filing an appeal against the order. The details as required under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing obligations and Disclosure requirements) Regulations, 2015 (as amended) read with SEBI circular no. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFDPoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 with respect to above is given in Annexure A. The above information will also be available on the website of the Company www.zomato.com.
