With reference to its intimation dated September 25, 2023, Manappuram Finance has informed that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company that was scheduled to be held on Friday, November 10,2023 is rescheduled and now will take place on Monday, November 13,2023, to consider and adopt the Unaudited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and period ended September 30, 2023 and for declaration of Interim Dividend. Pursuant to the same; the trading window of the Company shall be reopened on the starting of Business hours of Thursday, November 16, 2023, on Stock Exchanges.
