Date: 30-12-2023Manappuram Finance has informed that as per the information received from S.K.D.C. Consultants, Registrar and Share Transfer Agents (RTA) for equity shares on 29.12.2023, Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal has approved the merger of S.K.D.C. Consultants with its holding company Link Intime India. Pursuant to the Order, S.K.D.C. Consultants has now ceased to exist as a separate entity and hereafter, the Registrar and Share Transfer Agents (RTA) for equity shares shall be Link Intime India with effect from 22.12.2023.
