Manappuram Finance has informed that the Board of Directors of the company will be meeting on Wednesday, February 7,2024 to consider the Un Audited Consolidated and Standalone Financial Results of the company for the period and quarter ended December 31,2023 and for considering declaration of Interim Dividend. Further, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Insider Code of Conduct of the Company the trading window shall continue to remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results of the Company for period and quarter ended December 31,2023 and shall be reopened on the starting of Business hours of February 12,2024 (Monday) in Stock Exchanges.
