Manappuram Finance has informed that it attached the Postal Ballot Notice (Notice) for seeking approval of the Members of the Company for the appointment of Edodiyil Kunhiraman Bharat Bhushan (DIN: 01124966) as Non-Executive Independent Director of the company through Postal Ballot by voting through electronic means (remote e-voting). The Notice is being sent to all the members, whose names appear in the Register of Members/ List of Beneficial Owners as on Wednesday, February 28,2024 (cut-off date) as received from Link Intime India, Registrar and Share Transfer Agents of the Company. The Company has engaged the services of Central Depository Services (India) ( CDSL) for the purpose of providing e-voting facility to all its members. Commencement of remote e-voting: 09.00 a.m. (IST) on Tuesday, March 5,2024; End of remote e-voting: 05.00 pm (IST) on Wednesday, April 3, 2024. The remote e-voting will not be allowed beyond the aforesaid date and time, and the e-voting module shall be disabled by CDSL upon expiry of the aforesaid period.
