Pursuant to regulation 30 of the SEBI LODR Regulations, Manappuram Finance has informed that Financial Resources and Management Committee of the Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on March 5, 2024 has approved the allotment of Secured, Non- Cumulative, Redeemable, Listed, Rated, Non-Convertible Taxable Debentures of face value of Rs 1,00,000 each for an amount of Rs 200,00,00,000 on private placement basis to be Listed on BSE.
