Manappuram Finance has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, March 19, 2024, to consider and approve: Borrowing program including issuance of redeemable non-convertible debentures, notes, bonds (Debt Securities) in onshore/offshore market by way of private placement and/or public issue for FY 2024-25 and Business plan for FY 2024-25. Further in compliance with the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the code of conduct adopted by the Company for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the company by Designated Persons and their relatives will remain closed from the close of business hours of Wednesday, 13th March 2024, and shall be reopened on the starting of Business hours of Friday, 22nd March 2024 in Stock Exchanges.
