Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the Listing Regulations, Happiest Minds Technologies has informed that Happiest Minds Inc., Company’s wholly owned subsidiary in USA has executed an agreement to purchase 100% Membership interest in Aureus Tech Systems LLC (Aureus), subject to the terms and conditions set out in the said agreement.
