Pursuant to Regulation 33 and other applicable provisions of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, HDFC Bank has informed that it enclosed the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Bank for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2024 (‘Results’), along with Limited Review Reports of the Joint Statutory Auditors. The Board Meeting commenced at 11:00 am today, on October 19, 2024 and the said financial results were approved by the Board at 14:05 pm. Thereafter, the Board meeting continued for consideration of other agenda items.
