Pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Tech Mahindra has informed about the resolution passed by the Securities Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company December 2, 2024, for allotment of 76,650 equity shares of ? 5/- each fully-paid, of the Company to the applicants, as follows: 1) 62,100 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under the Employee Stock Option Plan – 2014 (ESOP-2014), 2)14,550 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under the Employee Stock Option Scheme – 2018 (ESOP–2018). The company has enclosed the statement pursuant to Regulation 10(c) of the SEBI (Share Based Employee Benefits and Sweat Equity) Regulations, 2021.
