HDFC Bank has completed the sale of balance 1,80,00,000 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each of HDFC Education and Development Services (HDFC Edu), corresponding to 9% of the paid-up share capital of HDFC Edu to Vama Sundari Investments (Delhi), for an aggregate consideration of Rs 17.28 crore.
