Pursuant to Regulation 31A of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Sona BLW Precision Forgings has informed that the Company has received a request from Singapore VII Topco III and BCP Topco I (‘Promoter/Promoter Group’) to reclassification them as ‘Public’ Category. The request for reclassification will be considered by the Board of Directors of the Company in their next board meeting. The request letter received by the Company is attached for reference.
