NDTV soars on launching flagship channel ‘NDTV 24x7’ on Singtel in Singapore

New Delhi Television (NDTV) is currently trading at Rs. 88.35, up by 1.40 points or 1.61% from its previous closing of Rs. 86.95 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 87.85 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 88.50 and Rs. 87.75 respectively. So far 2815 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 4 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 123.90 on 01-Mar-2016 and a 52 week low of Rs. 63.10 on 18-Jan-2016.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 92.20 and Rs. 86.65 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 567.67 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 61.45%, while institutions and non-institutions held 4.70% and 33.85% respectively.

NDTV has launched its flagship channel ‘NDTV 24x7’ on Singtel on September 26, 2016, expanding its presence in Singapore. ‘NDTV 24x7’ is available in the Singtel TV Kondattam and Desi Starter, Trio, Variety and Value Packs.

With this launch on Singtel, ‘NDTV 24x7’ is now available to a large majority of the Indian TV-viewing homes in Singapore. ‘NDTV India’ is the other channel from NDTV which is already available on Singtel.

NDTV operates as a television media company in India and internationally. Its channels offer news and current affairs, lifestyle, entertainment, and youth programs, as well as family and realty shows, chat shows, and period dramas.
