Suyog Telematics completes acquisition of Nisa’s tower business

Suyog Telematics has successfully completed the acquisition of the tower business (along with all tower assets on a no liability basis) of Nisa Industrial Services (Nisa) along with the rights and licenses there forth.

This acquisition would add an aggregate of 209 active cell tower assets across Mumbai, Gujarat, Delhi & NCR and Maharashtra telecom circles and hence marks a landmark event in the expansion of its telecom infrastructure capacity build up. The company expects to complete the remaining formalities shortly and transfer / induct telecom service provider clients for these sites and begin revenue generation in Q4 of FY 16-17.

Suyog Telematics is a growing passive telecommunication infrastructure provider in India, engaged primarily in the business of installing and commissioning of Poles, Towers and Optical Fibre Cable (OFC) Systems in India.
