JVL Agro gains on getting nod to raise Rs 25 crore on preferential basis

JVL Agro Industries is currently trading at Rs. 21.00, up by 0.05 points or 0.24% from its previous closing of Rs. 20.95 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 21.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 21.25 and Rs. 21.00 respectively. So far 8667 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 29.40 on 20-Jul-2017 and a 52 week low of Rs. 14.00 on 22-Nov-2016.

The Board of Directors of the company at their meeting held on September 02, 2017 has approved the same.
