Acrysil soars on inking agreement for manufacturing of 3D concrete wall tiles

Acrysil is currently trading at Rs. 485.00, up by 9.80 points or 2.06% from its previous closing of Rs. 475.20 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 475.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 493.00 and Rs. 471.60 respectively. So far 2978 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'XC' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 607.90 on 07-Oct-2016 and a 52 week low of Rs. 440.00 on 23-May-2017.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 493.00 and Rs. 464.50 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 251.67 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 42.42%, while Non-Institutions held 57.57% stake in the company.

Acrysil has entered into a Technology/Know how transfer agreement on October 4, 2017 with Next Ship, Hungary, a designing company and Meszaros Jozsef, Hungary, a key individual for technology/know how transfer for manufacturing of 3D concrete wall tiles.

Acrysil is a small company but enjoys a virtual monopoly in the organized Kitchen Sink business.
